When I first ran across this how-to on The Burlap Bag, I stopped dead in my tracks, years of struggling to peel/de-seed/eat a pomegranate flooding back to my mind as a giant swooshing sound filled my ears. HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS TECHNIQUE BEFORE NOW?!
Pomegranates are amazing, y’all (in case you hadn’t heard). They’re also notoriously difficult to eat. But Lauren at The Burlap Bag has discovered what may be the easiest method EVER for getting all those juicy little gems out of their tough, pith-filled skins. Watch and be amazed, my friends:
