Lately I’ve noticed more than a few picture arrangements being hung curiously high on the wall. I’m not sure if this is due to a bona fide trend, or if individuals (close friends and relatives of mine) aren’t aware that there are, in fact, some general rules to follow that bring cohesiveness and balance to an arrangement.
