Ribbon Cork Board

Ribbons. I like them. A LOT (a 12-steps-in-my-near-future lot). Things with ribbons on or in them are just better. Like this:

make one, maybe for the weird space behind your desk, or you know, wherever, you’ll need:

  • Cork board
  • fabric
  • RIBBON lovely lovely ribbon
  • buttons, beads or other additional embellishments

How to Make an Embroidery Hoop Cork Board

Turning a lowly wooden embroidery hoop into a cute cork board couldn’t be easier. Not with Sweet Jessie’s tutorial, anyway.

Stuff you’ll need:

  • 1 wooden embroidery hoop
  • cork board a pencil
  • sharp craft knife or drywall saw
  • upholstery-weight fabric
  • picture-hanger with teeth and a nail
  • hammer
  • staple gun
  • glue gun and glue sticks
