Question: What do you get when you buy a pair of tab curtains from Target and add some fabric and trim with adhesive? Answer: An inexpensive way to make custom curtains.
First up is horizontal black rick rack with lends a little geometry and widens the overall look of the window.
Next, add a 17″ band of color. Because you’re not draping the entire window, this is a great way to incorporate that to-die-for fabric on a budget.

Continue Reading Craft Ark has a quick technique to embellish plain pillar candles. Supplies are minimal and include metal daisy embellishments and split pins.
Simply bend the petals of the daisies; hold daisies to candle and then push a split pin (
brad) through their center holes and into the candle.
Although the effect is great, I’d consider using glass or metal beads for even more variety, embellishment-wise. OR you could just use decorative brads or brad buddy combos
